Ron Reahard - President

Ronald J. Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates. Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, seminars, and management workshops for NADA and various state and local dealer associations. He has also authored numerous articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Management & Technology magazine, Automotive Executive, and The Journal of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, and is the spokesman on the AFIP Certification CD Training Program. Ron is a Christian who believes you succeed in life by helping others become more successful.

David Baker - Senior Training Consultant

David Baker rejoins our team with over 25 years of automotive sales experience. David began his initial affiliation with Reahard & Associates in 2007. David's background includes new and used car sales, management of Finance & Insurance departments, and General Manager. David has the ability to focus on the task at hand while working with F&I Managers. His enthusiasm for training and helping F&I managers reach their goals will bring your Finance & Insurance Department to a whole new level.

Rick McCormick - National Account Development Manager

Rick McCormick has more than 25 years of sales experience, with over 6 years in the retail automobile business. Rick has also served as an Ordained Minister, and attributes his success in both vocations to consistently asking one question… “What’s your story?” Rick believes the key to helping others is the ability to listen effectively. Over the last 6 years Rick has conducted training for Dealer Groups and General Agencies across the country. He has authored articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Showroom and Agent Entrepreneur magazine and has consistently presented at the annual F&I Conference and Agent Summit.

Rick Goble - National Account Development Manager

Rick joined our company in 2011 and is a graduate of NADA's General Manager's Academy. He has spent more than 35 years in Automotive Dealership Management positions including General Sales Manager, General Manager and Director of Operations for a Dealer Group. Rick's vast knowledge of the Sales and F&I process and his positive attitude, enthusiasm and customer focused sales philosophy has helped improve the bottom line at every dealership where he has worked.

Ann Reahard - Accounting Administrator

Ann's background working with automobile dealers began in the credit insurance marketing division of an insurance company in Fort Worth, TX. Her duties included teaching the administrative portion of their monthly F&I school. She also worked as a manager in the credit administration division for an insurance company in Galveston, TX. At Reahard & Associates, her responsibilities include human resources and accounting. Ann has been with Reahard & Associates since its inception in 2001.

Janet Crabtree - Director of Operations

Janet became our Director of Operations when she joined our team in 2007. As Director of Operations, Janet works closely with the Senior Trainers and assists all of Reahard & Associate’s clients and dealerships through the contracting process. Prior to joining Reahard & Associates, Janet was a Branch Manager for a regional bank. Janet also has 18 years experience in various administrative fields; holding positions of project coordinator, customer service administrator and administrative assistant.

Sarah Caylor - Operations Assistant

Sarah completed her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management at the University of Tennessee at Chatanooga . Sarah continues to build on her education pursuing graphic design. Sarah brings a youthful fresh outlook to Reahard & Associates. We are excited to have her as part of our growing team. Sarah’s willingness and skills are put to use in coordinating Reahard & Associates training classes. She is the liason for students registered to attend our classes.
