Reahard & Associates Inc, provides custom tailored in-dealership training programs, online training, consulting services, and real world solutions that dramatically increase F&I income and delight your customers. Since its inception in 2001,  Reahard & Associates has been dedicated to providing automobile dealers, F&I managers, and sales personnel with the cutting-edge strategies, processes, and consultative selling skills necessary to succeed in today's increasingly competitve retail environment.

The Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program is designed to provide F&I managers with the consultative selling skills necessary to maximize every profit opportunity in the F&I office, as well as enhance the customer's F&I experience. This comprehensive, three-day F&I training program includes an initial self-study course guide, self-assessment test, interactive classroom activities, daily group exercises, evening homework assignments, Certification Testing, and role-playing exercises.

Ensuring F&I Excellence!™  provides  ongoing  development  and
training of F&I personnel on a regular basis and instills the expectation of continuous improvement. Their personal coach analyzes and evaluates individual performance, and conducts one-on-one in-dealership training with each manager on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis. This includes a monthly training calendar with daily training assignments, monthly product knowledge tests and role-playing, as well as a review of each manager’s progress with the dealer. 

Achieving F&I Excellence Online!™ gives your F&I managers the flexibility and convenience to learn at their own pace with 24 hour a day, 365 day a year access! Achieving F&I Excellence Online!™includes training on every aspect of F&I, including needs-based selling, overcoming objections, and the laws and regulations that impact F&I on a daily basis. Each week, F&I managers receive access to another course module that includes interactive instruction with a printable Action Guide for future reference. Every self-paced online module includes comprehensive instruction which managers complete according to their schedule and time available, with a brief Certification Test, to measure their personal progress.

RealCam™ Recording/Review provides monthly video recording and storage of all F&I transactions utilizing our exclusive RealCam™ database. Permanently installed WebCams in each F&I office record every F&I transaction on an offsite, secure server. Videos are then stored for 45 days to allow for review, evaluation, and critique by R&A training consultant, as well as F&I Manager/Dealer/GM. Videos of every F&I manager's presentation can be viewed from anywhere by authorized users via the internet.

Reahard & Associates is a customer-driven training company that believes today we cannot merely satisfy customers; we must instead strive to delight customers. Our objective is never to get F&I managers to sell more of “our” product, because we don’t sell any F&I products. Our only objective is to help increase F&I department income and delight customers!
