Monthly Training Calendar 

Achieving F&I excellence at any dealership requires implementing a process of ongoing education, to ensure managers continue to improve their ability to find and fill customer needs.  As part of Ensuring F&I Excellence!™, your F&I manager receives a Monthly Training Calendar from your Reahard & Associates Training Consultant.  This Monthly Training Calendar is custom tailored to your dealership's products and each manager's training needs, and includes daily training exercises specifically designed to build upon their initial training.  Each training exercise can be completed in no more than 20 minutes.

This ongoing training curriculum instills in every F&I manager the expectation of continuous performance improvement, and confirms the dealership's commitment to their continued growth as a professional.  Your Training Consultant tracks the completion of each exercise, grades them for effort and each week the Dealer receives a Tracking Report showing which training exercises have been completed by each F&I manager, and the effort put into completing the exercise.
