Monitoring/Reporting

Essential to maximizing the profitability of every F&I department is monitoring performance, and holding everyone accountable for improving that performance.  Whenever you monitor performance, performance increases.  Daily Performance Monitoring allows Reahard & Associates to monitor and illustrate individual and departmental progress, and quickly identify additional training needs.  Establishing written penetration and $PRU objectives each month focuses everyone on a common goal, and helps ensure both individual and departmental accountability.  Each month, your Training Consultant prepares a graphically illustrated Trend Analysis, enabling him to identify, track, and illustrate individual and departmental performance trends.

During each in-dealership training session, F&I managers are tested on their product knowledge and consultative selling skills with either an oral or written test.  An Observation Checklist is completed to critique and provide feedback on their role-play and/or an actual F&I presentation with a customer.  Upon completion of each in-dealership training session, your Reahard & Associates Training Consultant provides a written Performance Report, detailing each manager's test results, a copy of their Observation Checklist, as well as an evaluation of their overall progress.
