The Ensuring F&I Excellence!™ Program Launch is designed to establish and reaffirm the numerous new processes, F&I sales techniques, and work habits F&I managers must embrace to achieve F&I excellence! In addition, everyone in the dealership must understand that with regard to the F&I department, it's no longer business as usual. The Program launch includes the development and implementation of a consistent approach to be utilized for quoting monthly payments throughout the sales and F&I process. This ensures all dealership sales and management personnel are not creating potential liability when providing monthly payment quotes.
A Reahard & Associates Training Consultant will coordinate the Ensuring F&I Excellence!™ Program Launch with the dealership management team to implement the dealership's process for quoting payments prior to, and after, obtaining a credit bureau report, and prior to F&I obtaining loan approval. The Program Launch will help ensure the dealership maximizes both front-end and back-end gross profit, the sales and F&I process is customer focused, and meets Reg Z disclosure requirements. A Reahard & Associates Training Consultant will also conduct a sales meeting to announce and explain the new process to sales personnel.
