Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program

Reahard & Associates provides customized curriculum, self-study manual and self-assessment testing to be completed prior to training.  The three-day Achieving F&I Excellence!™ Management Certification Program class is conducted monthly in one or more of these locations:  Scottsdale, AZ, Soddy Daisy, TN, or at your dealership (requires minimum of (4) attendees). R&A also creates a custom dealership Financial Services Overview, provides all training materials, training manual, certification testing, individual performance evaluation, and Achieving F&I Excellence!™ certification award upon completion of training.  Dealership provides suitable facility for training.  (Note: Individual managers may attend one of our regularly scheduled classes.  See Upcoming Classes for dates and locations.)

Dealership Process/Needs Analysis

Reahard & Associates provides an initial on-site evaluation of current dealership F&I processes, procedures, performance, and individual responsibilities to determine potential areas for profit improvement.  This comprehensive analysis provides an in-depth evaluation of F&I products, income distribution, individual/departmental performance, charge- backs, and compensation expense, along with specific recommendations for process improvements that will increase F&I product sales, profits and customer satisfaction.  Also includes development of job descriptions and performance standards for F&I personnel, with written policies and procedures for quoting payments.

Reahard & Associates offers custom tailored in-dealership, training on any topic or product requested.

In-Dealership F&I Training - $5,000/Day*

* Plus expenses incurred in connection with the services performed, to  include:

1. Coach airfare and/or ground transportation to/from location where training is conducted.
2. Hotel accommodations (not to exceed $200 per day) in such city.
3. Instructor meals (not to exceed $35 per day) in such city.
4. Ground transportation in such city.
5. Any miscellaneous expenses (parking, tolls, tips, etc.) incurred in connection with training (not to exceed $25/day).
