Reahard & Associates can provide customized monthly F&I Reports through StoneEagle via a secure web-site. StoneEagle extracts multiple types of transactional and historical data from the leading dealer management systems, providing instant access via the internet to sales, F&I, and lender performance information. This allows the dealership (and their R&A Training Consultant) to focus on performance by department, finance manager, sales manager, sales person, lender, and even by vehicle make and model. This level of reporting allows R&A, the dealer, and the F&I Manager to monitor all aspects of the F&I department, providing the documentation necessary to identify and overcome performance obstacles.
