Ron Reahard - President
Ronald J. Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates. Ron began his automobile career in 1975, and has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs, seminars, and management workshops for NADA and various state and local dealer associations. He has also authored numerous articles on F&I that have appeared in F&I Management & Technology magazine, Automotive Executive, and The Journal of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, and is the spokesman on the AFIP Certification CD Training Program. Ron is a Christian who believes you succeed in life by helping others become more successful.

 

RickMcCormick

Rick McCormick - National Account Development Manager
Rick McCormick is a graduate of Berean University in Springfield, MO. He has more than 20 years of sales experience, with over 5½ years in the retail automobile business. After six months as a salesman, he spent the last 5 years in F&I. Rick has also served as an Ordained Minister, and attributes his success in both vocations to consistently asking one question… “What’s your story?” Rick believes the key to helping others is listening, to discover that person's needs. Rick also believes there is a direct link between your ability to listen effectively and the level of your success in any walk of life. Rick joined Reahard and Associates as a Senior Training Consultant in 2006 and was promoted to National Account Development Manager in 2008.  Rick resides with his wife and son in Dalton, GA.

 

 

JoeJacobson

Joe Jacobson - Senior Training Consultant
Joe joined Reahard & Associates in 2003, and is one of our Senior Training Consultants. After spending 11+ years in the Navy, Joe entered the automobile business in 1995. He began his career as a salesman, and was soon promoted into the F&I office. Joe has a B.S. degree in mathematics, and he is also an AFIP Certified F&I Professional. As a training consultant and coach, Joe is able to combine years of real-world F&I experience with proven training techniques. Joe's hands-on approach and his experience gives F&I managers the comfort of knowing they're learning from someone who has "been there," and the assurance that he can help them achieve F&I excellence.

 

 

MartyLisk

Marty Lisk - Senior Training Consultant
Marty Lisk is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He has more than 9 years of retail automotive experience in both sales and F&I. In addition, Marty also spent 13 years working for F&I companies providing insurance products and F&I training to both dealers and general agents. Marty believes that "helping people" is what our business is all about... no matter what capacity or position you're in. Marty joined Reahard & Associates as a Senior Training Consultant in 2005.

 

 


 

DavidBaker

David Baker - Senior Training Consultant
David Baker joined the Reahard team in 2007, after 25 years in the Automotive Retail Industry. He began his career on the sales floor and moved shortly thereafter into a dual role of Sales Manager and F&I Manager. David brings with him many years of F&I experience, with a keen understanding of what it takes to be a successful F&I professional. He believes his success is due to his emphasis on treating everyone with respect and understanding. David looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience, inspiring others to achieve F&I excellence!

 

 

 

Ann Reahard

Ann Reahard - Accounting Administrator
Ann's background working with automobile dealers began in the credit insurance marketing division of an insurance company in Fort Worth, TX. Her duties included teaching the administrative portion of their monthly F&I school. She also worked as a manager in the credit administration division for an insurance company in Galveston, TX. At Reahard & Associates, her responsibilities include human resources and accounting. Ann has been with Reahard & Associates since its inception in 2001.

Helen Warrender - Training Coordinator
Helen joined Reahard & Associates in 2007 as our Training Coordinator. Helen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University East Bay and brings over 30 years of experience in designing, presenting and implementing training materials for large corporations. Helen’s willingness and skills are put to use in coordinating Reahard & Associates training classes. She is the liaison for students registered to attend our classes.

 

 

 

JanetCrabtree

Janet Crabtree - Director of Operations
Janet joined Reahard & Associates upon leaving the Banking (Finance) Industry as a Branch Manager. Janet’s background prior to banking consists of 18 years in administrative fields; holding positions of project coordinator, customer service administrator and administrative assistant. Janet became our Director of Operations when she joined our team in 2007. As Director of Operations, Janet works closely with the Senior Trainers and assists all of Reahard & Associate’s clients and dealerships through the contracting process.
